  1. You will reduce drastically the risk of getting lung cancer
  2. Your blood pressure will get back to normal levels

  4. Your chances of getting a heart attack will come back to normal
  5. Your risk of having a stroke will be the same as any average person
  6. Your respiratory system will gain efficiency making you feel less tired

  8. You will need less hours of sleeping time since your body won’t need to recover from getting daily doses of toxins
  9. You will feel like working out more, therefore increasing your overall health condition
  10. You will have better sex

my suggestion is to get really really sick for a few days, maybe eat some raw chicken, or make-out with homeless people. then you’ll get so sick that you can’t smoke for a few days, allowing you to glide through the few days of withdrawal.. worked for me (thanks KFC!)
